How to disable Tails following Sonic in all levels

Ok this will tell you how to kill that irritating two tailed twat for
good.
Go to $01B8BE and change "7000" to "4E75". I'm not sure if this removes
him from the "tornado" object as well coz in my hack i don't use the
object anyway.
Let's put it this way... I was completely rejoicing when I got rid of
this little... I think I better stop before I start with the heavy
language.
